Arousal Examination (Instructions to be explained to the subject)

Your arousal examination will be both thorough and extensive. Please remind yourself at all times not to orgasm. It is important that we get as much information about your arousal states as possible. If you orgasm it will not allow us to continue the examination. If you do orgasm, you will be asked to leave immediately.

You will be instructed to obtain different levels of arousal many times. Pace yourself. This is not an easy exam.

The Nurse will expose you to many modes of stimulation to insure full accuracy. Using cue cards, sounds, video tape, and even trick questions, she will measure your arousal states as affected by each method.

At the end of the session you will be given a prescription, and your underwear for you to put on immediately. It is at this point that your stimulations will cease. You are to listen to the nurse describe the prescription in more detail. Prescriptions are used to broaden you arousal capabilities and insure more pleasurable sexual health.

Initial Questionnaire

You are to be naked and sitting in the chair beside her desk. You are not to masturbate until the nurse arrives. The Nurse will ask you a series of questions before the exam begins. You will be encouraged to lightly stimulate yourself during the questioning. This is to insure honesty and fluidity.

Stimulation Inquiry 

What mediums do you utilize for stimulation when you masturbate; how often do you use them, and how would you rate them?

Where 1 is the most stimulating, and all stimulations rated as a 1 are then rated in order of most stimulating.

Role and Scene -- Abstract Stimulation Inquiry

Each word is to be centered on a cue card. Each card is shown to the subject one at a time. The Nurse is to ask the subject to stare at the word while continuing to stroke. 5 seconds on each word before asking the subject to rate the word in terms of how excited it gets him. The Nurse is to write down his answer, and then by staring at the subjects stroking hand, indicate her own judgment in the 1-5 Examiners column. The Nurse then runs through the cue cards again, reasking the subject to rate them. This continues until the subject has rated them exactly as he had the first time. There are columns to keep track of the testing portion until a match has been made. Testing is important for two reasons; it enforces the subject's rating upon them - making them realize their own turn-ons more accurately and it increases their ability to deepen their lust since they have been forced to establish a degree of concentration while aroused.

Note: This information is subsequently used to enhance the realm of stimulations the subject may enjoy by providing prescriptions to enhance their appreciation for low rated stimulations.

There are two sets of words below; Roles, and Scenarios. Each set are to be performed seperately starting with the roles and upon finishing beginning the exam of scenarios.

The following categories of photos should be made into cue cards. Each cue card should be shown to the subject in sequence within each category. The process is exactly the same as the word cue cards.

Psychological Inquiry

The subject is to remain on the very edge of orgasm throughout the psychological inquiry if they are not so already. The Nurse should stop as often as needed to stare at the subject's penis and determine their arousal state. Strict reminders should be given as to the subject's adhering to both the 'on-edge' rule and the absolute no orgasm requirement.

END OF EXAMINATION

Nurse should instruct the subject to stop stroking. A cold glass of water should be given to the subject to drink, and the Nurse should have the subject lie on their back on the examination table.

Completion checklist

Is the penis still hard?

Is it raw?

Using a writing instrument lightly poke the subject's balls to determine sensitivity: light, medium, or very.

Is there pre-cum?

Using gloved hands, the Nurse should apply a prepared mixture of skin lotion and Vicks vapor rub to the entire genital area. The application should be quick and deliberate as the subject will be in a heightened state of arousal and the Nurse should be clear that she is not engaging in sexual gratification. A few strokes may be necessary and should probably be used to insure full coverage of the mixture. No more than three strokes in a row should be used.

Upon completion of the lotion application, the Nurse should apply an ice pack to the genitals and begin the prescription phase.

Writing a Prescription

The purpose of the prescription is to give the subject exercises they must perform on their own to increase both the arousal level they can achieve and broaden their spectrum of psychological stimulations.

General Masturbation

Increase the number of times the subject masturbates. If they answered once a day, tell them to go to twice a day. Discuss the when and hows of their masturbation exercises and give suggestions on when they could find more time etc.

Determine how often they are to orgasm during the masturbation exercises. Not to cum at all, to cum every other time etc.

Determine how long they should spend stroking. The idea is to increase the amount of time it takes to reach orgasm.

Stimulations

Require the subject to increase or begin using stimulations that they ranked low. Indicate specific mediums and how often you want them to use them. You will notice the subject's progress as the ratings begin to all take on high values in future examinations. It is helpful if the Nurse has handouts or specific product/service names they can recommend.

Roles, Scenarios and Fantasy Prescription

Require the subject to engage in a specific fantasy of the role & scenario he rated the least arousing. Remember to review your own ratings in determining which 'Role Model' to select. It is the Nurse's job to outline a fantasy scenario involving the role and scenario you are prescribing.

The outline should include descriptions of the least rated attributes indicated during the photo cue card test.

Use the psychological questionnaire to develop specific personality attributes of the 'role-model' which are direct opposites of what they indicated they preferred.

PRESCRIPTIONS ARE MOST EFFECTIVE IF PROVIDED IN WRITING

Require the subject to write down or be prepared to report a detailed version of your outline for the next examination.

Completing the Interview

The subject should be soft by this time, but the prescriptions may have kept him aroused even with the ice pack. Nurse should remove the ice pack, instruct the subject to get dressed and watch to insure he does so quickly. Remember the subject will be very sexually frustrated and it is important to remain professional and insure that the subject does not turn to you personally for gratification.
