What about marks? How can I avoid them and what do I do if I get them?

As a Professional Dominatrix, a large percentage of my clients are married, and as such, cannot be marked. I always recommend that they take 400mgs of Folic Acid for at least 72 hours prior to their visit and for best results, 14 days. 
Remember... BDSM is a contact sport and as such, you can get bruised, but taking additional steps to help minimize your markability is YOUR responsibility, not the Dom/me.  

Although most of the articles that I found regarding the health benefits of Folic Acid are geared towards women and primarily women of child-bearing ages, the overall benefit to both genders cannot be denied. 

Folic acid has been found to be highly beneficial in a variety of areas, including Breast Cancer, Alzheimers, pancreatic cancer, heart disease patients, as a supplement for chronic fatigue syndrome patients, and more!
